Hydraulic Guillotine Shear

The entire hydraulic guillotine shear is in fully steel welded structure, with stress eliminated by vibration aging technology. It excellent rigidity and stability. The wall board, working table, and cutter all go through double tempering.

Advanced technology and procedure
1. The shearing machine is the second generation of hydraulic shears. Advanced hydraulic integrated valve block is employed, and the pipeline connection is minimized in a compact structure, to enhance the reliability and maintainability of hydraulic guillotine shear.
2. Oil cylinders in series ensures the shearing angle not to change during the shearing process of the machine tool.
3. Triple support rolling guide rail eliminates support gap and improves shearing precision.
4. Accumulator return is stable and fast.
5. Rectangular blades with four cutting edges are durable with long service life.
6. Blade clearance is adjusted with handwheel, in an accurate, rapid, and easy way.
7. The shearing angle is adjustable, to minimize distortion of sheet bar.
8. The cutting beam of hydraulic guillotine shear is in inner-inclined structure, thus improving the accuracy of products. Segmented shearing is available (adjust LCD time).
9. Electric back gauge and position indicator can be easily and accurately operated.
10. Rolling material support ball is set to minimize fish tail with sheet bar and to reduce frictional resistance.
